REFUNDS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES Policies

REFUNDS/RETURNS
1. Customer must return product within 60 days of when tracking number says delivered

2. Product has to be in the condition it was received in, if customer washed product customer can not qualify for a REFUND/RETURN.
3. Once we receive the item back, we will process a refund with in 5 business days.
4.Customer must pay for the shipping cost, we do not cover the shipping cost for REFUNDS/RETURNS.
5. When returning a product, package MUST have order number in it.

EXCHANGES
WE ONLY EXCEPT EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE IN THE SAME PRODUCT CUSTOMER HAS PURCHASED, WE DO NOT EXCEPT EXCHANGES FOR OTHER PRODUCT IN OUR STORE.

3. Once we receive the item back, we will ship the exchanged product out within 5 business days, then it takes time for shipment to arrive.
4. Customer must pay for the shipping cost, we do not cover the shipping cost for a EXCHANGE
